IDP has completed the interior design of an Iconic tower for Tanmiyat, The Court Tower. The project is located on Business Bay, Dubai consisting on 5GB + 3P + 30+R Floors with Built-up area of 73,382 sq. The building comprises of 8 types of studios and 6 types of bedroom apartment with total 126 residential Units along with 144 Offices Units. The Public Areas consist of Main Entrances for Offices & Residential Apartments and Typical Lobbies& Corridors.
IDP conducted a study for the space planning for all the apartment floors and specified the interior surface finishes, built-in joinery, decorative ironmongery and selection of sanitary ware ,decorative lights according to the modern style for offices, Residential Apartments and Public Areas as an Interior Design Consultant.
